Every order is custom built for you, so it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once you place an order it can't be cancelled, because it's built just for you. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you.

Damaged or not working

Check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged or not working, email us with photos and we will make it right.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

Warranty

Every machine has a 1 year warranty on parts, listed on the machine's product page. Fridges do not carry a warranty.
